The 1991 Toyota MR2 2.0 GTi was restored from scratch over the years. The purpose was to reuse as many original parts as possible. Of course, all safety-relevant parts were replaced.
The color (with gold flakes) is unique and only partly corresponds to the original paint, as it was too dark and did not give the vehicle the necessary look.
The engine was honed and completely rebuilt and now has a good 300 test kilometers. The interior has been completely revised (from fabric to leather) and now shines in a new attractive look.
In week 29, the MR2 was tested on the MFK and had no defects "The test expert was enthusiastic".
